Technical idea of the product

For piglets：

The digestive system development of piglet is still defective. Antigenic substances and anti-nutritional factors in the feed are easy to cause diarrhea. The piglets will have following appearances, such as lower feed intake, growth stagnation and increased diarrhea within one week after using creep feed. So, protein material in creep feed stage is very critical.

Improve piglets’ feed intake + solve trophic diarrhea = excellent creep feed, so deep FSBM could attract the weanling piglets "love eating and no diarrhea". It makes the piglets maintain high feed intake, and at the same time, maintain intestinal health, so as to improve animal performance.

For application on pregnant sows and lactating sows:

Deep FSBM has a good effect on sow’s performance and the health of piglet. The application on pregnant sows has a positive effect on the birth weight, survival rate and healthy piglet rate. And on lactating sow it also has positive effect on milk production, weight of weaning pig, and diarrhea rate .

Product introduction

Deep FSBM is mainly made of high-quality peeled soybean meal, yeast extract, peptone and whey powder, and is produced by fungal aerobic and bacterial anaerobic two-step fermentation process. The product appears the color of dark reddish brown, delicious taste, light bitter of beer, and attracting taste is excellent. Its content is as below: protein≥ 50%, peptide proportion in protein ≥ 50%, and the total organic acid is ≥ 6%.

Product functional features

1. Direct absorption and utilization to reduce trophic diarrhea. The total content of small peptides in Deep FSBM is above 25%, in which the functional small peptides in four or less amino acids is more than 22%. That can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of energy, protein and other nutrients, and can increase the daily gain of piglets.

2. Feed attracting. The unique flavor modification technology achieves the delicious flavor of Deep FSBM through the precise control of flavor enzymatic hydrolysis technology and the Maillard reaction, which significantly increases the feed intake.

3. Disease resistance. Rich in organic acids and a variety of metabolites which could improve immunity and enhance resistance to pathogenic microorganisms.

Dosage

1. Creep feed: Add 2-6%, which is rich in small peptides that can be easily absorbed by piglets and organic acids that can maintain intestinal health and reduce diarrhea. It has good feed attracting properties which promote piglets’ feed intake.

2. Nursery feed: Add 1-5% , improve piglets’ feed intake, maintain intestinal health, and reduce diarrhea.
